We are here to take your order Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm CST. Before or after hours, please feel free to call and leave us a message and we'll get back to you first thing the next business day. You can reorder online, email or fax your order as well.

Our standard lead time for custom orders is typically 20 business days from approval of your proof. Add additional time for shipping. Our Stock Tickets typically ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Of course! We will send a proof of your order for your approval. Keep in mind though that your order will be held awaiting your approval. If your order is a repeat, we do not send a proof unless requested.

Of course we can help! Our experienced and knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives will assist you in determining exactly which type of ticket is best for you, from the most complicated to the simplest ticket; we take the guess work out of ordering.

We offer our customers various ways to pay for their order; we gladly accept checks and credit cards. We also offer terms upon credit approval. Please inquire with one of our Customer Service Representatives if you would like to create an account with us.

For large orders, we have longstanding relationships with several high quality shipping companies and can accommodate a delivery via land, sea or air to your loading dock or right to your office. For small orders, we can ship UPS or Fed-Ex. If you?re in a rush and need your order overnight, we can do that too. Let us know what your needs are and we?ll suggest the best mode of transportation to get your tickets to you. You can also will call your order directly from our plant in Shreveport Louisiana.

All full color artwork and/or images must be saved in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode. While black and white artwork and/or images must be in grayscale color mode.
Resolution refers to the number of colored dots or pixels that make up an image. It is commonly expressed in dpi or dots per inch. The higher the dpi, the greater the resolution, and the greater the resolution the better the image quality.
